The company had recently gone through a major reduction-in-force (RIF) but was just acquired by a private equity firm and was staffing back up. While the company has been around for over 15 years, all the SDLC processes, Program Management processes, long-range roadmaps, and planning disappeared in the RIF. Now it’s time to build it all back again.

He has been a Certified Scrum Master since 2004 and tries to approach every new problem with an Agile mindset. He is still striving to build or find an org that is truly “doing it right.”
